1. The services provided

TONIKA provides a platform enabling:

• Viewing and creating events (public and private).
• Joining events and running a group chat.
• Rating users after events and adding them as friends.
• Booking a place at venues and browsing an events listing.
• Purchasing a Premium subscription.

2. The user's responsibility

The user undertakes:

• To provide accurate and current information on registration.
• Not to publish offensive, misleading or unlawful content.
• Not to use the application for commercial purposes without explicit approval.
• To keep their account sign-in details confidential.
• When inviting a guest without an account - to make sure the guest is aware that their details have been recorded.

3. Limitation of liability

TONIKA is not responsible for:

• Content published by users.
• Events that take place or are cancelled by organisers.
• Payment transactions between users and ticket sellers or venues.
• Faults in third-party services (Firebase, Google Maps, Mapbox).

4. Intellectual property

• Content published by the user remains their property, but they grant TONIKA a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the Service.
• The design of the application, the logo and the code are the exclusive property of TONIKA.

5. Termination of account

The user may delete their account at any time through the application settings. On deletion the personal information will be deleted, other than information required to be retained by law.

6. Changes to the terms

TONIKA reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be published in the application 30 days in advance.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Central District.
